Chorleywood residential project
The site in Chorleywood, Hertfordshire, was a privately owned plot with a collection of rundown garages. The client came to USL Architects having already obtained planning permission for six flats. Each flat has allocated parking and cycle storage with amenity space at the rear.
We were appointed to produce the building regulation information and discharge of planning conditions.
We oversaw the appointment of the structural engineer and other specialist consultants. An independent approved inspector was appointed to as building control inspector.
